Five years ago, Elgon Football Academy began with a simple dream , to use football as a powerful tool to nurture young talent, unite communities, and build future champions from Eastern Uganda. What started as a vision has grown into a strong football family, inspiring hundreds of young players to believe in their dreams both on and off the pitch.
Over the past three years, our journey has reached even greater heights through the Elgon Football Academy U17 Holiday Tournaments , one of the most exciting youth football events in the region. Held twice a year, this tournament has brought together talented academies and teams from all corners of Eastern Uganda, Tororo, Budaka, Pallisa, Mbale and beyond.
Each edition has been more than just a competition. It has been a celebration of teamwork, discipline, friendship and community spirit. From the first whistle to the final goal, our pitches have echoed with hope, passion, and the heartbeat of the next generation of football stars.
